Dress Code

Our Colour Palette – Art by Monika Morito

The dress code is smart casual. We want everyone to feel comfortable and at ease, so there’s absolutely no need for suits or ties (unless you’re keen, of course). As it’s likely to be warm, we recommend opting for light, breathable fabrics such as cotton, linen or silk to keep cool throughout the day.

We’d love for guests to take a cue from the colour palette featured in the artwork above by the brilliant Filipino-German artist Monika Morito, it’ll help create a lovely sense of cohesion. It will look rather wonderful in the photo
s.

As we’ll be in Hatta, we kindly request that women bring a light scarf or pashmina for travel to and from the villa, to ensure we’re respectful of the local culture.

Above all, wear something you feel good in. We want everyone to feel relaxed and enjoy the day with us.

The Culture

CULTURAL SAFETY NOTICE!

While Dubai is modern and welcoming, Hatta is a more traditional and less developed area, so it’s especially important to be mindful of the local culture. We kindly ask that you dress modestly in public spaces, keeping shoulders and knees covered is a good general rule.

Alcohol is limited in Hatta, with only one hotel licensed to serve it, and visible overindulgence can be seen as disrespectful to the local community and close friends of ours. We’re so grateful to be celebrating here, and your respect for the culture means a lot.
